Project 2030

We are building a coalition, not an empire. The NAACP Columbus Branch is
the spine - the structural support, the convening force, the keeper of
standards. But the spine does not work alone. It connects to every
organ, every limb, every system.
In Columbus, Black power is dispersed across churches, nonprofits, Greek
organizations, professional associations, barbershops, salons, block
clubs, and individual leaders. Each has relationships, expertise, and
trust in specific communities. Each operates in a lane.
Project 2030 coordinates without controlling. We route work to the
organizations closest to it. We avoid duplication. We build shared
infrastructure - calendars, communication systems, power maps,
toolkits - that all partners can use. When action is needed, we convene
the coalition and move together.
